To the editor, You have well explained about the effect of #Metoo movement...As you said most of the companies are now trying to avoid women candidates to protect themselves from unwanted issues...So this #Meoo movement affects both men and women in different ways...
Absolutely. It all boils down to Trust. If Men begin to respect women properly and behave normally, they need not carry the baggage of fear and be over-cautious. Women, from their side, should be looking everything with suspect. Having said that Sexual Harassment or discrimination or segregation should never be allowed anywhere.
